Complaints

Before accepting the parcel, always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging shows visible external damage, we advise that you refuse delivery of the package and then contact us.

If the purchased product turns out to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the complaint procedure below:

    Send us the product you want to make a complaint, if possible, attach a description of the complaint in which you will describe the detailed reasons for the complaint, as well as the return address and account number (in the case of payment by bank transfer) to which the money will be refunded (depending on on the decision made by the store).
    Within 7 days of receiving the parcel, we will inform you by e-mail about the result of the complaint procedure.
    If the complaint is considered positively, within 3 working days from the date of our decision, we will comply with the ordering party's request (in accordance with the Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code, namely:
        replacement of the goods with a new one (Article 561 § 1)
        free repair of goods (Article 561 § 1)
        lowering the price of the goods (Article 560 § 1)
        reimbursement of the price of the goods (Article 560 § 1)

Return of products - Withdrawal from the contract

Pursuant to the applicable regulations (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 of May 30, 2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods without giving any reason. The cost of delivery to the store is borne by the buyer. If you want to withdraw from the contract: Send a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the date of order delivery. You have another 14 to return the purchased items, counting from the date of withdrawal. The payment will be refunded in the same way as the ordering party used when making the payment.
